As a Real Estate Investor, with over $1.273M in assets under management, I have been actively investing for over 5 years now. Where people see Real Estate as a complex industry, I work to find simplicity through connections, building relationships, and finding easy financing solutions that will fit the deals at hand. I currently operate a crowdfund with an emphasis on distressed buildings in both Philadelphia, PA, and Baltimore, MD. I have secured funding for construction projects in three key areas of Philadelphia with dedicated partners that have agreed to equity splits on sale, as well as, Cash-out deals where we utilize the Buy / Hold strategy to create passive income.
